1. Payment Policy:
- Full payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). The rate of exchange (ROE) will be determined on the day of payment.
- An additional 5% GST will be applicable on the total cost.
2. Transportation:
- A coach will be provided for scheduled sightseeing only. During free time, additional transportation requirements are the guest's responsibility and at their own cost.
3. Meals:
- Meal coupons are issued without transfers. Restaurants are generally within walking distance from the hotel; please check their operational hours.
4. Flight Delays and Cancellations:
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by airlines, leading to missed connections. Happy Vacation Vibes is not liable for compensation related to hotels, meals, sightseeing, or any other claims due to flight disruptions.
5. Accommodation:
- In the event that the specified hotel is unavailable, we will make efforts to provide alternate accommodations of similar standard. No claims will be entertained regarding such changes.
6. Tap Water Advisory:
- Tap water is not safe for drinking in the UAE. Guests must purchase bottled drinking water independently, as hotels do not provide it.
7. Additional Charges:
- Rates may vary during trade fairs or special events. Any surcharges will be applicable.
- Any costs not mentioned in the original quotation must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel or service provider.
8. Validity:
- These rates are valid until June 30, 2023. Changes in the check-in date or month may result in a revised cost.
9. Child Policy:
- Children under the age of 3 are accommodated free of charge in both hotels and land packages.
10. Deportation Policy:
- If a guest is deported from Any Airport for any reason, full cancellation charges will apply.
